You choose the day, the time and the amount of sessions you wish to book and based on that, we build a package.
If you wish, you can also choose to train in a small group of up to 4 people at a time.
You can also decide to choose add-on’s, such as nutritional coaching programs like FOODFIGHT or RESET and you can include BODYSCAN throughout the period.
Furthermore, you can choose the location (outdoors or indoors at the studio) which means we are at your disposal whenever and wherever you wish to train.
Before you get started, you have a free consultation whereby we design the training sessions based on your desires, goals, likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise.
