We will help you achieve your goals with this challenging yet achievable bootcamp-style course. Join us in a dynamic 1 hour workout guaranteed to give you the results you are looking for. The only tools you need are yourself, your stamina and your willingness to create change. We’ll take care of the rest.
How does the RECRUITS course work?
RECRUITS is a concept exclusive to GX-1 Malta and involves 60 minute bootcamp-style workouts which will be held on pre-determined days and times depending on participant’s wishes. The group will meet at GX-1 and discharge to a pre-determined outdoor location where nature becomes our gym environment (St Julians and Sliema Exiles area). Once outdoors, the training will begin. There is no turning back.
What to expect:
- A team-training bootcamp-style workout held outdoors, inspired by the military (think push-ups/sit-ups/burpees/plyometrics/bodyweight training)
- Workouts suitable for all levels of fitness, for both men and women (options will be offered for all exercises)
- Pre-registration is mandatory, non-members are also welcome
- Platoons vary in size, with a maximum of 20 participants per workout
