What is RESET?
This course is designed for when you reach a plateau with your weight management. When no matter how hard you train, or how healthy you eat, those last couple of kilos don’t seem to shift. Your muscle mass could be better, your fat mass could be lower and your energy levels could be higher. These aspects are what drives you to the ultimate 21-day challenge that is RESET.
Focusing on an extremely strict regime, you will learn the real meaning of willpower and your test will be to complete this challenge without failure. Recipes, meal planning, time management and training plans will all be discussed and arranged so you only have to think about what to eat and when.
This course will push your limits like never before. It will be like going to food rehab and you will drive yourself around the twist battling with cravings and willpower. BUT (and it’s a big “but”) the end result will be a total reset of your metabolism, a detox of your body, higher energy levels, lower body fat, leaner muscle mass and a clearer mind…..AFTER 21 days of commitment!
