BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga-, Tai Chi-, Pilates-based workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYBALANCE™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
Hatha Yoga at GX-1 includes alignment of postures, gestures, breathing techniques and meditation. No two classes are the same and the structure very much depends on the participants in each session.

Duration: 60 minutes (regular class), 90 minutes (workshop/masterclass)

How often should I do body & mind classes?
While you will feel real benefits from coming to class just once a week, most people try to come three times a week. It’s really up to you!
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, warm clothing for the relaxation/meditation. No shoes are needed for these classes. Some participants like to bring their own mats. However we also have mats available at the club. Just make sure you have a towel with you for hygiene purposes.
